Phone and Reception payments

On the 1st April, the Council's financial system undergoing maintenance. This means that payment over the phone or in reception at the Dover offices will not be available. Payments will be possible online and via BACs still during this time. Normal functionality will resume on the 2nd April.

New Payment System

Dover District Council have moved to a new payment system. The new system will look different to the previous system. You can now make more payments on the website at a time convenient to you. You can find more information in this guidance document.
